The new and improved Vox Money has arrived!

From 7th July 2022, the monthly Vox Money account fee reduced from £5 a month to £1.80, a saving of over £38 a year.

• We also reduced the cost of Faster Payments

• Direct debit payments are now FREE

• And we scrapped charges for unpaid direct debits!

As well as reducing our fees we also launched an updated look to the Vox brand! We’ve kept all the same well-loved features as before such as our fantastic cashback offer and have added some new ones to make managing your money across all your devices a little easier.

Want to see what’s changed? Some of the exciting changes include:

Mobile App

• We’ve made it easier for you to keep track of your transactions by improving the layout – you can now also view a running balance on your main account as well any wallets.

• Extended functionality – you can now make Faster Payments and scheduled payments straight from the mobile app.

• Improved functionality – you can also set up a standing order or new payee direct from the mobile app.

Online

• We’ve made it easier for you to keep track of your transactions- you can now view a running balance on your main account as well as any wallets.

• Improved layout – we’ve created separate tabs to view direct debits, standing orders and scheduled transfers where you can now view your next scheduled payment dates.

• You can edit your wallets with more personalisation than before, change the name, icon and background colour.
