Having trouble opening an account?

Vox Money is exclusively available to our selected partnerships. We’re keen to support organisations that help local communities so we’re teaming up with local credit unions, financial organisations and associations that are community focused to offer you a fantastic account.

If you’re having trouble reaching our application pages, first find out if your local community group is signed up to Vox Money by using our handy postcode look-up.

Still having trouble, sometimes, you may have to provide us with a bit more information to help us get you set up. Here’s what to do if you’re having trouble with your application.

How to continue your Vox Money application

If you haven’t been able to sign up through our website, you may need to send us additional documentation for proof of address and one document for proof of identification. You are given the opportunity to do this via our secure web pages, as part of the application process.

If you did not have your documents with you at the time of application, we will send you a link to your provided email address, this will allow you to upload documents at a later time. Follow the URL link to upload documents to complete your application.

Important: The same document cannot be used for proof of address and identification (for example: you cannot use a driving license as proof of address and also as a proof of identification). All documents must be clear, readable and in colour. Documents must be full page images (for example: a passport image must include the photo, signature, passport number and MRZ line).

What can you use for proof of identity and address?

We need to confirm who you are before we can get you set up with your Vox Money account. Not sure what you can use to prove your identity? Find out the options on the link below. If you’re unsure about which documents you can use to prove your address – don’t worry, we’ve put a list together of everything you can use below:

What you can’t use for proof of address:

  • Sky TV bills, mobile phone bills, TV license, car Insurance, goods receipts
  • We cannot accept Utility Installation Notifications that are in the standard word or document format
  • Paper counterpart driving license
