Having trouble opening an account?

We believe in a better way for banking. We’ve created an e-money account for everyone – no matter what your circumstances. However sometimes, you may have to provide us with a bit more information to help us get you set up. Here’s what to do if you’re having trouble with your application.

How to Continue Your Vox Money Application

If you haven’t been able to sign up through our website, you’ll need to send us one document for proof of address and one document for proof of identification. You are given the opportunity to do this, through the mobile app or via our secure web pages, as part of the application process.

Important: The same document of ID cannot be used for proof of address and identification. All documents must be clear and in colour. Documents must be full page images(example: passport image must include the photo, signature, passport number and MRZ line).

What can you use for proof of identity and address?

We need to confirm who we are before we can get you set up with your Vox Money account. Not sure what you can use to prove your identity? Find out the options on the below link. We also need to know where you live so we can confirm who you are and where to send your new Vox Money card. If you’re unsure about which documents you can use to prove your address – don’t worry, we’ve put a list together of everything you can use below:

What you can’t use for proof of address:

  • Sky TV bills, mobile phone bills, TV license, car Insurance, goods receipts
  • We cannot accept Utility Installation Notifications that are in the standard word or document format
  • Paper counterpart driving license
  • Online Bank / Credit card statements that have not been stamped by the bank

If you have any more questions about your application, we’re all ears. You can email us at customerservice@voxmoney.co.uk or our phone lines are open 24/7 at +44(0)203 503 0307.
