Applying for a Vox Money Account 

To apply for a Vox Money Account, we need to verify your identity. We do this electronically through the application process. Occasionally we may need to ask for additional documentation so that we can confirm your identity.

How can I upload documents?

If you are asked to upload documents at the end of the application, please follow the on-screen instructions and upload your documents. If you do not have necessary documents to hand, you can upload documents using the link that we sent to your email when you finished the application (just in case, check your spam email).

I need to send an address document. What can I send?

Note: Please do not upload below document as an address document if you have already uploaded it as an ID document. For example, a Driving Licence cannot be uploaded as an ID and address document.

UK photocard Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
  • Contains the same address as in your application
  • Valid
A Utility Bill
  • Dated within the last 3 months
A Council Tax Bill
  • Dated within the last 12 months
Bank, Credit Card, Building Society, Credit Union Statement
  • Dated within the last 3 months
  • Printed Bank Statements or online statements are acceptable
  • Make sure the full card number is not displayed on the statement
National Health Service (NHS) letter
  • Dated within the last 3 months
Department for Work and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus or Veterans UK letter confirming your right to benefits (DWP Letter)
  • Dated within the last 12 months
HMRC Letter (ex: tax notification letter, personal tax summary)
  • Dated within the last 6 months
A Signed Tenancy Agreement
  • Dated within the last 12 months
Mortgage statement
  • Dated within the last 12 months
Land line phone bill (not a mobile phone bill)
  • Dated within the last 3 months
Solicitor’s Letter (Completion letter)
  • Dated within the last 3 months (must state that completion has happened and completion date)
A court order (ex: CCJ, Judgements, Orders, Warrants etc.)
  • Dated within the last 3 months
Letter from Probation Officer
  • Dated within the last 6 months
  • On letter headed paper
A Student Loan or a Grant Letter
  • Dated within the last 12 months
  • On letter headed paper
A Letter from a College or University confirming acceptance onto a course
  • Dated within the last 3 months
  • On letter headed paper
A Letter from Care Institution
  • Dated within the last 3 months
  • On letter headed paper
