Vox Money Glossary
Account
The e-money product governed by this agreement which is issued to you and which is made up of your card and any of your associated Vox Money account wallets.
Account Number
The eight-digit number given to you when you applied for your account and sent to you in a ‘Welcome’ email from us confirming your account details.
Access Passcode
The six-digit Mobile Access Passcode Number which you choose yourself when you set up the mobile app. You need this to access your Vox Money account mobile app.
Agreement
The terms and conditions governing the use of your Vox Money account.
ATM
Automated teller machine, i.e. cash dispenser, cash withdrawal.
Available Balance
The value at any given time of unspent funds loaded onto your card and available to pay for transactions and costs and charges payable under this Agreement.
Card
Your Vox Money Visa Debit Card as issued to you under this Agreement.
Cardholder
The named Vox Money account holder to whom the card is issued.
Card number
The sixteen-digit number found on the back of your card.
Card PIN
The four-digit card Personal Identification Number. You need this to make card purchases and withdrawals.
Customer ID
This is your 9-digit account number which will have been sent to you when you opened your account, which you will need for logging into your online account.

CVV
This stands for Card Verification Value also known as CSC ‘Card Security Code’. This is the 3-digit number found on the right-hand side of the back of your card.
Denominated Currency
For your Vox Money account, this is Pounds Sterling.
Direct Debit
An arrangement that allows a third party to withdraw money from an individual’s account on agreed, regular dates, typically in order to pay bills.
Faster Payment
This form of payment can only be made from your card account. Once sent, these payments will be debited from your Card Account balance immediately and cannot be cancelled. Faster Payments can be sent seven days a week and are made only using your Sort Code and Account Number, so it is important to type them in correctly.
Merchant
A provider of goods and/or services who accepts the card as a means of payment whether by distance means (e.g. by telephone and on-line) or over the counter (as applicable).
Online Password
This is the password which you choose yourself when you create your Login Details. You need this to log in to Your Vox Money account online.
POS
The point of sale within a Merchant where your card can be used for purchases. Debit card payment either in-store, online or over the phone.
Secret Number
This is a four-digit number that you will create when you apply for an account and which will be required if you phone our customer service team.
Scheduled Faster Payment
You can make scheduled payments from both your card account and your wallets.
A Shortfall
Occurs when a transaction is completed when there are insufficient funds for that transaction.
Sort Code
The six-digit number given to you when you applied for your account and sent to you in the ‘Welcome’ email from us in the format XX-XX-XX.
Wallet
Your secure budgeting tool provided to you under this Agreement.

These terms mean Omnio EMI Limited.
Website
Our website is voxmoney.co.uk.
Working Day
A day between and including Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm (UK time) except for bank or public holidays in England and Wales;
You, and your
These terms mean the Vox Money account holder.
